In 2007 I was introduced to Reiki by a coworker who was trained in Reiki. That same year, I was hospitalized with a blood clot in my brain. This coworker and her circle of Reiki practitioners sent remote Reiki to me to dissolve my blood clot. On my first check up with my doctor, my blood clot was gone and my doctor stunned. From that moment I was a complete believer in the power of Reiki to heal.

I received my Usui/Holy Fire III® Reiki Level II Practitioner training in 2021, Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher training in 2022, and Holy Fire® III Karuna® Reiki Master training in 2023. The name Aranda comes from my maternal great grandmother's maiden name and my grandmother's middle name. Part of Shamanism is honoring our ancestors and that history. It is the women on both sides of my family that I honor by using this as my business name.
